Robotic Flies: For Military Eyes Only!

Robotic flies maybe the future of military surveillance. The project is being funded by the Advanced Research Projects Agency and a team of researchers led by Robert Wood from Harvard have developed a Robotic fly that does surveillance and chemical detection.
The wingspan of the fly is 3cm and a dry weight of 60mgms the flies robotic parts are made of carbon fibre and polymer.
How cool would it be to have this technology in the palm of your hands, literally. Wishing you were a fly on the wall will not just be a form of figurative speech anymore.
